What is Holistic Nutrition?
Holistic Nutrition is the interrelationship of MIND, BODY and SPIRIT.
As a Certified Holistic Nutritional Consultant™, I both recognize and believe in the importance of addressing these three, interactive factors (unique to each individual) when working with a client. As such, my customized programming for each client takes into consideration the whole person, and how the mind, body and spirit interact.
