Small Group Culinary Workshops

This service is designed for small groups (a minimum 4 participants to a maximum of 6 participants), for a duration of 3 hours. 


These workshops are customized to the desires of the participants, but may also encompass a theme including (but not limited to) the following:

  • Fuelling, Protein-Powered Breakfasts & Snacks

  • Nutrient-Dense Soups & Salads

  • Plant-Rich Main Dishes

  • Seasonal Dishes

  • Gluten-Free & Dairy-Free Desserts

  • Lacto-Fermentation Basics

  • Nourishing the Immune System


*Session rate (per participant): $100.00

(Includes instructional time, cost of food ingredients and

take-away recipe package of all recipes executed during

the session).

The Process:

The client (hosting the workshop) and I enjoy a 30-minute face-to-face, video call or phone call consult to discuss the details of the workshop, including the location, date, time frame, number of participants, and types of recipes desired. The host/hostess will be emailed a list of kitchen supplies required, and I will bring any supplies not already possessed by the host/hostess.

Please note I require approx. 45 minutes set-up time, prior to the start of the workshop.
