This book had been on my radar for some time, so when it finally landed at my local library for pick-up, I couldn't get it in my hands fast enough!
The humour with which author Oonagh Duncan approaches adopting a no-nonsense, sustainable approach to diet and lifestyle is second-to-none! If you're okay with the profanity (in a hilarious tone), you'll love this book! I quickly lost track of the number of times I laughed out loud, and I most likely had a goofy smile pasted on my face the entire time I was reading it! A must-read!
Within the book, Oonagh addresses such items as:
Mindset
Motivation
Discipline
Attaining auto-pilot mode with healthy habits
Sustainable eating (just eat whole, real food!)
Sustainable movement/exercise
Her direct, straight-to-the-point, tell-it-how-it-is approach is just what the reader needs to get off their butt and get going! I LOVE it, and a copy of this book will definitely be making it's way into my professional library for future reference and re-reading!
