In-Home Culinary Courses

These customized, half-day sessions in a client's home are uniquely designed to achieve the culinary skills and recipe types as desired by the client.


Typically, 3-4 recipes are executed during this instructional time (the number of recipes being dependent on the demands of the recipes). 

These workshops may also encompass a theme, including (but not limited to), the following:

  • Fuelling, Protein-Powered Breakfasts

  • Nutrient-Dense Soups & Salads

  • Plant-Rich Main Dishes

  • Seasonal Dishes

  • Gluten-Free & Dairy-Free Desserts

  • Lacto-Fermentation Basics

  • Nourishing the Immune System

All recipes enjoyed are gluten-free, dairy-free, conventional soy-free and refined sugar-free. The recipes are plant-rich, and I may tailor the session to the dietary approach of the client, whether it be Paleo, Vegan, Vegetarian, etc. With Paleo recipes, I'm most often working with chicken, turkey or wild-caught salmon as the animal proteins of choice.

The Procedure:

  • A 30-minute face-to-face, video call or telephone consult determines the nature of the culinary skills and recipes desiring to be learned

  • Once the menu of recipes has been determined, the client has the chance to peruse it, to ensure he/she is completely satisfied (and excited!) about it!

  • Once the menu is confirmed, the grocery list is emailed to the client (at least one week prior to the culinary workshop session)

  • The client obtains the full recipe package of all recipes associated with that session


Half-day session (3.5 hours of one-on-one instructional time):

$395.00 (+ client groceries required)

Full-day session (TWO, 3.5 hour sessions of one-on-one instructional time spread over two different dates):

$700.00 (+ client groceries required)
